I am using Windows 7 Ultimate on my Acer Aspire One and a battery says it is not detected!
Apparently it could be a motorist blunder though a battery appears in device manager, though it won’t run of a battery.

Please help!!!!

That is just what happend to mine. It does not acknowledge since a thinly slice for a battery has burnt. Send it to Acer and they will reinstate it for a new one, usually if we have warranty.
