The acer aspire is cue protected. we can’t open a appurtenance and a guaranty emporium people contend they dont recollect a cue either. What can we do to reset or bypass a password

You paid for a stolen device :\ You have to implement a new OS around a USB stick, or buy an outmost DVD expostulate and put a windows front in to it.

Does the password prompt appear in Windows or immediately when you turn the computer on? (Is it in a pretty window or a monochrome (2 color) window?
If it is a Windows user prompt, ask an IT professional to use a SAM cracker on it or reinstall the OS.
If it is monochrome, this is a BIOS prompt and can be reset by resetting the BIOS. (usually involves a jumper on the motherboard)

If it is a bios/cmos password, read on.
SOLUTION -1.
You can reset bios password in two ways.
1. Open back cover of laptop,
2.Pull cmos cell from motherboard, wait for 15 minutes then put it back.
3. The computer will not ask password.
SOLUTION -2.
Using jumper settings
1. Find the jumper on the motherboard named clear cmos it has 3 pin .1-2-3
2. Place jumper in 2-3 position.
3. Then put it in 1-2 position again.
