HOW DO YOU CHANGE THE BACKGROUND ON A ACER ASPIRE ONE LAPTOP?

I’ve attempted everything, and we can’t appear to figure out how to shift my credentials to a picture. we can do it on alternative computers, though not this one.

If it has Windows 7 Starter, we hold it won’t let we shift a desktop background.

if you do have windows 7 starter it does let you they just make it more difficult so you can upgrade. but go to the start menu, which is the little thing on the bottom left hand corner and there is a little search bar, type in desktop background and a option should pop up that u need to click on so you can change the background
If you hit start, you can type either desktop background or personalization and something should show up where you can get the settings changed.
Windows 7 starter doesn’t let you change the wallpaper. There are programs out there that make it possible so do a google search.
Asus has a program that lets you change it for their netbooks. It’s called system setting. That’s the only one that I know is safe but I have no idea if it will work on a Acer computer as well.
