I got an acer aspire one laptop, and i was only wondering where a inner microphone is located… could someone assistance me, please! thanks!! (:

If we have a same Acer Aspire One as we not long ago purchased, a microphone is on a unequivocally top on top of your screen core left (its unequivocally small) it has a little white design of a microphone approx an in. left of your web cam eye. Okay, danke für all die Infos. Habe es gestern bestellt (in lila natürlich ^^) und hoffe, dass ich es bis Dienstag in meinen Händen halte

@smootheyks Danke, bin eigentlich Russe. Naja, die webcam ist ziemlich schlimm. Das display spiegelt, aber man gewoehnt sich dran, aber wie gesagt, fuer unterwegs ist matt besser. Mir hat auch das Samsung N150 gefallen – hat bessere laufzeiten und ein mattes display. Sonst ist das touchpad sehr gut. Es ist schon mal vom Tisch gefallen – nix passiert. Ist flach, leicht, hubsch, ich mags. In Deutschland hat man ja das schoene 14-tage ruckgaberecht wenn mal was schief geht.

@smootheyks Hab grad in dein profile geguckt. Kommst du aus Oesterreich? Wenn was unklar ist, kannst du auch gerne auf deutsch fragen, das kann ich namlich auch;)
@smootheyks Well Glossy displays generally perform worse than matte ones in bright light, but since the maximum brightness of the display is pretty high the display should remain readable. Anyway, if you plan on working with the netbook outside a lot, you should rather get a netbook with a matte display. Btw. the song is “Belief” by John Mayer.

@cessnagrandcarivan Thanks for checkin out the video. A few things I wanna say about it after 4 months of usage: Still like the design, accidentially dropped the opened netbook from a table, still works perfectly, no cracks, dents.The webcam is laggy, so if you plan on using that a lot, it might be a problem. Battery is good for around 6 hours of work with watching videos, web browsing over wi-fi. Never seen a more comfortable touchpad on a non-acer netbook. hope that helps too.

@MrJACKRIPPER1 I came with XP preinstalled. Acer offeres a Win 7 and an XP version. However, having an external drive or a flash one you are able to install everything you wish on it.
How did you get XP on it ?
@hmasrooq Depends, really. Check local stores. I got it for about 300$.

@Gilleouplus The thing I like the most about it is the touchpad, really big for a netbook, responsive with a smooth surface. If you wanna replace the RAM be prepared to take it apart, it’s not as simple as with most new models. The display is a glare type.
