i usually got an acer aspire one with windows 7 starter. i attempted to shift a wallpaper, and it won’t let me. ANY HELP?!

i purchesed windows anytime upgrade key, and my license says i can put it on 5 computers. it upgrades to win 7 home premium. if u want u can hav the second copy. it keeps all ur files, settings, programs, ect, plus u hav aero glass. the key is

click start, then type anytime upgrade, then click on it, then use xisting key.
after installation, right click my computer, then properties, then scrool down to bottom.
click activate windows now, and the activation key is

this will work, cause i payed for it and im giving it to you.
i did this, and after installing it the second time on my 2nd pc, it said i used 2/5 instalations.
it takes about 15 min.
