The battery is shop-worn and needs to be replaced.
What do we think? Answer below!
I agree that the battery is damaged. I had the same problem. I went on ebay and bought a battery from a dealer in China. It took 2 weeks to come in and well worth it! It was about $75-$80. The battery is a 9-cell for my older Acer (Windows XP). I also bought a 6-cell for my new Acer that runs Windows 7. The battery for my new Acer was around the same price. I have had my battery for my older Acer for over 2 years without any problems. The 9-cell last for about 8 hours non-stop and my 6-cell last around 6-7 hours. This was a lot better than 2 hours with the original 3-cell. Best of luck with your battery quest!!! Aloha!!!
a netbook battery must last for minimum 6 hours. Try replacing the battery.
Voltage specification should match. You can go for higher mAH
