are we perplexing to implement linux on your aspire one, or run .bin files on an aspire one which already has linux installed? if which is what we have been perplexing to do, we have to have a .bin files executable, open up a depot and type
sudo chmod a+x nameofyourfile.bin
if we have been perplexing to implement linux, this is what i did and it worked for me

Wifi is WORKING on a Acer Aspire One. Just follow a stairs and it should work. It is some-more fast than we think. we am regulating iATKOS 5i OSX Leopard 10.5.5. Here have been a links to a programs/updates used. we uploaded a programs and a kext record to Rapidshare. comfirming that it won’t work on Acer Aspire one 10.5.7 or 10.5.8, it’s only work on 10.5.6 and below i think, btw i’m downloading iatkos 5i.

I have an acer aspire one a110 Zg5 and i think that my wireless card is atheros AR5001,do you think that it works??? I would like to install iatkos v7
ok i installed that atheros thing and after about 7 shut down and reboots airport won’t turn on and in prefrences it finds airport 2 i read somewhere else to re-install but it still won’t turn on wht is going on?
thanks for the help but i figured it out i had to install the atheros AR5007 driver now i don’t even have to reload the driver when i go to kismac it automaticly works
also after reboot in network prefrances it finds airport 2
nope this kext is the only one i install and it just quits working after the first reboot i reload the driver and when i click scan it just keeps saying start scan instead to stop scan airport will turn on now but kismac won’t scan at all in passive mode
@rts2808 Are you installing any more kexts after you install this one? When I had it working I installed the wifi and then I installed the battery control…after that the wifi stopped working.
now i won’t scan at all in passive mode i tryed removeing it from drivers in kismac and adding and deleting the driver and reinstalling with kext helper but none of these work but if i do a complete reinstall of iatkos it will work for the first 2 times booted after that it quits
@rts2808 You need to delete and reload the driver each time.
dude it worked!!!!! for 1 hour then i restarted and when i tried again kismac says no loaded drivers and it says in preferences that it is loaded any help?
