I do believe they are talking about a factory restore CD. If that is the case, then by all means make a factory restore CD, because if your computer ever gets completely fried, you’ll need a back up to restore your computer back to factory settings.
This is very important and could save you hundreds of dollars down the road.
I’m guessing you can just click on the popup & follow directions.
It would either be a CD or DVD. I’m going to guess that since your PC is new, there is a very good chance you would use a DVD. I have Vista, & I used a DVD. You probably have a choice to use either, if that is the case I would definitely use a DVD (use DVD+R).
